This sourdough bread is absolutely phenomenal! I had the pleasure of eating the jalapeño cheddar and the original sourdough and both were so very delicious and baked to perfection!

Listen... The regular sourdough bread is amazing but the cheddar jalapeno will absolutely blow your mind. It captures the absolute essence of the flavor a jalapeno you just picked from your garden with the exact right about of cheddar to amp it up. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
The owner of Blue Jay’s is so sweet! I did a custom order and it turned out amazing! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted so she gave me a menu of ideas. I ended up asking her if a jalapeño cheddar sourdough focaccia was possible and she made it happen like magic! It was super easy to pick up and the bread was divine!!! I highly recommend her bread to anyone that is interested in some amazing home made bread!

I ordered the pesto parmesan and it did not disappoint it tastes like a sourdough pizza! The bread is stays moist and springy and days after so it feels just as fresh as the day that it was baked! The loafs are so large that you can snack on it at least for a whole week for one person! Perfect for making sandwiches or just having with a big glob of butter!
